Because FNVortex sells digital goods and services, our "shipping" process refers to the delivery of digital items through online methods.
1. Delivery Method
All products from FNVortex are delivered digitally, not physically. Delivery may occur through:
- In-game service fulfillment
- Email delivery
- Account login assistance (if applicable)
- Direct message or instruction provided after purchase
No physical packages are shipped.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the product purchased. Typical delivery windows include:
- Instant to 24 hours for automated digital items
- Up to 48 hours for manually delivered items or services
- Special requests or custom orders may require longer, depending on workload and availability
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
3. Order Verification
For security reasons, we may require additional verification if:
- Payment appears suspicious
- The order information is incomplete
- High-value items are purchased
Verification may slightly delay delivery.
4. Non-Delivery Cases
A purchase may be delayed or undeliverable if:
- Incorrect information is provided by the customer
- The customer does not respond to required verification
- The game platform is undergoing maintenance/outages
In such cases, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
5. Delivery Confirmation
A digital item is considered "delivered" once:
- We provide the item or service through the agreed method
- Confirmation is shown through our system or by customer communication
Once delivered, all sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
