1. Digital Items

Because all products are digital, all sales are final.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The item was not delivered
• A duplicate purchase occurred
• A verified technical error happened on our end

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind
• Issues caused by violation of game rules
• Incorrect account details provided by the customer

• Proof of the issue
