1. Digital Items
Because all products are digital, all sales are final.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The item was not delivered
- A duplicate purchase occurred
- A verified technical error happened on our end
Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind
- Issues caused by violation of game rules
- Incorrect account details provided by the customer
3. Requesting a Refund
You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:
- Order ID
- Proof of the issue
- Email used at checkout
